Governance Structure
The Trust operates a layered governance model, comprising:
- Members – who hold the Trust to account for its charitable purpose and constitution
- Board of Trustees – responsible for the strategic direction, performance and financial sustainability of the Trust
- Board Committees – providing focused oversight of key areas such as finance and audit
- Local Governing Bodies – supporting local leadership and providing challenge and community insight
- Executive Leadership – responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of the Trust

The Trust’s Scheme of Delegation sets out how governance functions and responsibilities are allocated across the Trust, ensuring clear accountability, effective decision‑making and strong oversight at every level.
Register of business interests
The Trust maintains a Register of Business Interests for trustees, members and senior leaders to identify and manage any potential conflicts of interest. This register is reviewed regularly to support transparency and accountability.
